We had a good rental season in 2015 which paid for all expenses and more. To date we have booked the cabin 73 nights for next summer. We were able to rent the cabin successfully in the off season for additional income.
The Island Park cabin for sale that we own will be listed for $499K, $20K under appraised value.

Last season many of our guests were fortunate enough to see moose and deer in and around the river. We were also told that there was a bear in the area, which is uncommon. Bears typically don't come to our area until October. Please email me questions regarding our Island Park cabins for sale.
